  • Items must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Refunds may be reduced for:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items that are missing parts or accessories

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
